Mindset Coaching includes personal, business and spiritual coaching, breathwork and meditation, and covers every part of your life: your mind, body, emotions and spirit, inner world (thoughts, patterns, fears, hopes) and outer world (business, relationships, finances, family, work). Together we look at the life you have, clarify what gives you purpose, envision the life you desire, and create a road map of plans, tasks and actions to help you get there. You make the necessary changes at your own pace, while I bring safety, support, encouragement and guidance to help you on your journey, as well as expert advice where appropriate. If you're neurodivergent like me, you'll find my approach is tailor made to the way that our brains are wired (especially if you're pulled in too many directions and don't know what to focus on) so I can help you overcome the blocks and challenges that you face, and shape your life the way you want.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a deeply powerful, safe and relaxing tool to help you re-wire the patterns and beliefs that shape the way you think, so you can change the way you behave. It is particularly effective at helping you overcome anxiety, fears and phobias, restrictions, addictive behaviour and limiting beliefs. By aligning the conscious and subconscious parts of your mind, making sure they're in agreement, we maximise your focus and reduce self-sabotage. Hypnotherapy can help set you free from the fears, patterns and old beliefs that have been holding you back, enabling you to make better choices that support and enable your ideal future.

Pricing, Timings, How it Works
All sessions are held online (video-call on FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Zoom) from the comfort of your own home.
My usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK (London) time, but I do offer evening sessions by arrangement.
1: To begin with I offer a free 20 minute 'discovery call' where we discuss the help you'd like, and ensure we're a good fit to work together.
2: If you decide to go ahead, you complete an introductory form via email and we have an initial consultation. This is 90-100 minutes and includes plenty of time to get to know each other, so I really understand how best to help you. Initial Consultation sessions are £135, payable before the session via online bank transfer or Paypal.
3: Ongoing sessions are 55 minutes, and can be held weekly, fortnightly or as often as you need them. These sessions are £95, again payable in advance.
Hypnotherapy can also be provided remotely, where the consultation is done by video or telephone call and the hypnosis is provided in a bespoke audio-recording which is yours to keep and listen to again and again, for even better results over time. This remote audio offering works really well for teenagers (and people who feel awkward on videocalls!) as they can listen to the recordings in their own space, undisturbed, at times that suit them without having to make conversation with a therapist.
You can have as many or as few sessions as you wish, until you achieve the result you want. I recommend a 3 sessions minimum booking to begin with, as most people need at least 3 - 5 sessions to see real lasting benefit. A Little About Me...
This is me, biking in the Alps, feeling the fear and doing it anyway! That's one reason why I mountain bike - because it still scares me, every time, and it's helped me overcome anxiety on a daily basis. My clients trust me to help them create an unstoppable mindset, build confidence and move through fear, because they know I've done it myself.
I've worked in the holistic healing and coaching world for almost 30 years, having studied holistic massage in 1997, then Reiki (Master) and reflexology in 2002, before qualifing in comprehensive life and business coaching in 2004. Since then I've trained in clinical hypnotherapy, nutrition, shamanic drumming, NLP, breathwork and meditation, and got a black belt in Karate along the way.
Prior to starting my own business I worked in the NHS and then in corporate communications and marketing at a FTSE500 multinational corporation. I spent over 10 years as a branding and marketing consultant and freelance writer, writing everything from websites to magazine columns to a book on corporate influencing skills. I bring all of my experience and broader knowledge to my work with clients, no matter what help you need.
As well as coaching and giving hypnotherapy to individual clients, I run events, workshops, courses and women's business and spiritual circles. I've written magazine columns, articles, books and web content on numerous wellbeing related subjects, have just published my book "Find North Keep Walking" (see above) and am currently working on two new books about Parenting for Neurodivergent Families and Making Fear Your Ally (more info on these coming very soon.) I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, especially teenagers, peri / menopausal women, entrepreneurs and sportspeople, and people with ADHD & Autism (I'm AuDHD myself), to help them overcome anxiety / negativity and create a future where they thrive.
Outside of work, I have a very full life with my adventure-loving family, and a golden retriever who loves to dig holes in the woods. I'm a passionate mountain biker and wild swimmer, a sporadic gym-goer, a lover of nature, travel, yoga, magic, spiritual development, writing, meditation, drumming, ancient landscapes (I do love a stone circle), antique shops, womens' circles and being in beautiful countryside.
